Yoga has been my grounding practice for 15 years. While I enjoy the physical benefits, it’s the it’s the deep sense of calm and connection with myself that I value most.

Over time, I’ve learned that well-being goes beyond movement and meditation. Proper nutrition has been essential in maintaining my energy and overall health. Combined with yoga, these practices have truly supported me, and I want that same balance for you too.

But it’s totally flexible so you can adapt how much time you stick to your schedule.

  • This program is about progress, not perfection. Life happens, and if you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. The goal is to create sustainable habits, not to stress over being perfect.

  • The whole programme is hosted in Practice Better, a clinic tool that allows you to log-in and access the course. All you have to do is activate your account and set a password. 

    Here you’ll find everything in one place: all of the material, links to live workshops, a chat function and you’ll even be able to track your progress as you work through the material.


  • Yes! You’ll be part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals. There will be opportunities for group check-ins and a private space to share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others on the same journey. You’ll never be alone.
