The Wild Glow Yoga Retreat - Cornwall

Spend 4 days here at The Wild Glow Retreat with views over the River Lynher that snakes around both its sides.
The movement of the tidal river breathes in and out twice daily bringing an ever-changing landscape and light.

This place is wild.

As soon as you drive onto the peninsula, you’re entering another world.

Wild flowers, buzzards, skylarks, swallows, geese, egrets, fallow deer in the oak filled woodlands, and owls in the trees at night
call across the river…

THURSDAY 26th - SUNDAY 29th JUNE 2025
just over the border in Cornwall, on its own peninsula, 10 mins from Saltash near Plymouth.

Here is our opportunity to live simply, wildly, immersed in the unspoilt natural landscape surrounded by fields, river views, nature sounds and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets. The Wild Glow Retreat is the perfect opportunity for some real time out.

We’ll embrace the beautiful scenery around us, enjoying gentle walks in nature, taking time to just sit and reflect whilst out in the open countryside. There’ll be time to explore the 3-mile stretch of stunning sandy beaches at Whitsand Bay 6 fields away from our ‘home’
and enjoy coastal walks, ocean dips and wild river swims.

Midsummer feasts in the garden looking over the river and candle-lit dinners under the stars, heart warming conversations with toasted marshmallows around the bonfire, periods of silence listening to the birds and nature, chatters and laughter around the table, supported by deep rest and yoga in the old chapel.

This retreat is specifically designed to help you rest, reflect, and dream, so you can float into the second half of 2025 with more space in your body and mind, radiating a calm, glowing energy from within.

We can’t wait to share this magical experience with you

what people are saying about our retreats:

'I started yoga with Jay initially as a way to relax and be social after moving to a new area. After my first few sessions I knew I'd found something I really enjoyed! Jay is the most amazing teacher and she makes classes fun but also challenging! I genuinely love coming to class every week and seeing everybody. From coming to yoga once a week, I have now gone on my first yoga retreat, which was absolutely amazing and now planning on doing another!’ - Elizabeth 2023

’Jay’s attention to detail from start to finish was outstanding. She went to great lengths to ensure everyone had the best time possible. From her yoga session to the daily activities everything had been thoughtfully planned out - starting with bringing in one of the most talented people the chef Nafia who was an Alchemist in the kitchen with her yummy flavour combinations , producing some of the most delicious vegetarian and vegan food I have had the pleasure to eat.’ - Martina 2023
